Galway’s Land National Park is situated in Nuwaraeliya in Sri Lanka. It is a small yet exquisite national park that has about 27 hectares. It mostly contains dense montane forest and it was previously known as a wildlife sanctuary. But somehow in 2006, it was declared as a National Park.

After getting geared you will have to go through a green lush green park with beautiful fauna and flora around you. The trees in this area provide shelter for more than 20 species of birds. Reaching the destination
From Colombo
Follow McCallum Road. Take the Colombo – Katunayake Expressway from Katunayake and exit on to Yakkala – Radawana Road. Take Avissawella – Hatton – Nuwara Eliya Highway, Peradeniya-Badulla-Chenkaladi Highway in Nuwara Eliya. Follow Race Course Round Rd to Havelock Road.
From Nuwara Eliya
Head northwest on Peradeniya-Badulla-Chenkaladi Highway. Turn left onto Upper Lake Road. Then you have to turn right onto Havelock Road and the destination will be on the right.
