Kasagala Archaeological Museum is situated in Tangalle in Sri Lanka. It is located inside the Kasagala Raja Maha Viharaya in Kasagala. This place exhibits antiques and art crafts that belong to the Kasagala area. It is an archaeological type of museum which is maintained by the Department of Archaeology in Sri Lanka.
Reaching the destination
From Colombo
Go on McCallum Road and go on Colombo – Katunayake Expressway. Continue onto Southern Expressway and you have to take the exit from the Beliatta interchange. Turn right onto Beliatta – Walasmulla Road and turn right onto Dammulla-Weeraketiya Road to reach your destination.
From Tangalle
Go on Colombo- Wellawaya Highway and then turn left onto Tangalle Weeraketiya Road to reach your destination.
