Turtle Watch Rekawa is situated in Tangalle in Sri Lanka. It is a place where you can observe the turtles coming over to lay eggs. Turtles come here to lay eggs throughout the year but the peak season is from April to July. The rarest type of turtle you can see here is the giant leatherbacks but sadly due to large crowds these days it is very disturbing to the turtles. To give maximum enjoyment they use certified spotters and guides to spot the turtles in action.
