The Arcade Independence Square is a shopping complex housed in a gathering of revamped structures including the previous Jawatta Lunatic Asylum (later known as the Auditor General’s building) and the previous Western Provincial Council Building. It is a set of colonial style buildings lodging a large group of outlets for dining, shopping and amusement.
